Terms of Service

Introduction

The Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Casilando online betting and gaming platform (the “Platform”). By registering, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Casilando may update the Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Acceptance, Amendments and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Casilando’s Privacy Policy and any ancillary rules applicable to specific products, constitute the entire agreement between you and Casilando regarding the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules governing a particular product, the product rules shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. Casilando may amend the Terms at any time without prior notice; amendments take effect upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access and use the Platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling and the Platform are legal to access and use Casilando’s services.
• Eligibility is assessed on a per-user basis and Casilando reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or withdraw or restrict access at its sole discretion, with or without reason.

Identity Verification and KYC

Casilando may require verification of your identity, age, and residence (Know Your Customer or “KYC” checks). You shall provide accurate information and cooperate with verification requests, including submission of documents as reasonably requested. Casilando may suspend or restrict access or transactions until verification is completed or satisfactory. Personal data collected for verification is processed in accordance with Casilando’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Account Ownership, Security and Single Account Policy

• You must maintain sole ownership of the account and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must keep login credentials confidential and promptly report any suspected compromise. Casilando shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where you failed to protect access credentials.
• Only one Casilando account per person is permitted. Casilando may suspend or close additional or suspected duplicate accounts and may withhold or redirect funds in accordance with applicable law.
• You shall not transfer or sell your Casilando account or allow third parties to use it.

Use of the Platform and Prohibited Conduct

• You must use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• Prohibited activities include fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software or devices to influence outcomes, and any attempt to manipulate gameplay, betting markets, or payment systems.
• You shall not participate in activities that Casilando reasonably considers to be criminal, exploitative, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform, including but not limited to attempting to gain an unfair advantage or to affect the outcome of events.
• Casillando may employ geo-location, device fingerprinting, and other technical means to verify eligibility and detect prohibited activity; you consent to such checks as a condition of use.

Financial Provisions: Deposits, Withdrawals and Ownership of Funds

• All funds held in your account belong to you and may be held as balances in fiat or permitted digital assets, subject to applicable law and casilando’s policies.
• Deposits must be made from funds that you own and control. You shall not deposit funds originating from criminal or illicit activity or via third parties without proper authorization.
• Caslindo reserves the right to perform due diligence on deposits and to suspend or reverse transactions where suspicious activity is identified or where verification is required
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be withheld until identity, ownership of funds, and transfer method are confirmed. Casilando will process withdrawals in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law.
• You are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings or the receipt of funds in your jurisdiction.

Bets, Settlement, and Adjustments

Bets placed on the Platform are binding once accepted by Casilando. Settlement of bets occurs in accordance with the applicable game rules and market terms. If an error occurs in pricing, odds, or settlement due to a technical fault or human error, Casilando may declare a bet void, adjust winnings, or reverse a settlement as appropriate and in compliance with applicable law. Casilando may suspend or void bets in circumstances of suspected fraud, manipulation or breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

Casilando promotes responsible gaming. You may set spend limits, loss limits, session timers, and opt into self-exclusion periods. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should seek local counseling resources and consider self-excluding from the Platform. Casilando will honor self-exclusion requests in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Suspension, Restriction and Termination of Access

Casilando may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform at its sole discretion, including for reasons of fraud, non-compliance, regulatory concerns, or where your identity or residence cannot be verified. In such cases Casilando will take reasonable steps to enable you to withdraw any remaining balances in compliance with applicable law and internal policies.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Casilando’s aggregate liability to you for direct losses arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Casilando account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. Casilando excludes liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from force majeure or outages beyond Casilando’s reasonable control. You agree to indemnify and hold Casilando harmless against any claims, liabilities or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Privacy, Data Protection and Security

Casilando processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform you consent to the processing of your data for purposes including identity verification, payments, game integrity, and regulatory compliance. Casilando may disclose information as required by law, to regulators, or to third parties enforcing Casilando’s rights under these Terms, subject to applicable privacy protections.

Changes to Terms

Casilando reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and Casilando are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Casilando. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory alternative dispute resolution requirements.
