Sport Betting Rules

I. General framework

The Casilando sportsbook rules govern the use of the Casilando Online Sportsbook. By placing a Bet, the End User acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Betting Rules in force at the time of the bet and any applicable law. Casilando may modify the Rules, betting markets, odds, staking limits and payout limits from time to time without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements. The English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency between language versions.

II. Definitions

• Sportsbook — the online platform and all connected components used to provide sportsbook services.
• End User — an individual who uses Casilando services via the Website and who has accepted these Rules.
• Bet — a risk-based agreement on the outcome of an Event, Market or combination, involving the placement of a Stake and potential Winning or loss, with the Operator's decision governed by these Rules.
• Stake — the amount of money transferred by the End User to Casilando as consideration for a Bet.
• Outcome — the result of an Event or Market on which the End User placed a Stake.
• Market — an in-play or pre-match event on which an End User may place a Stake.
• Event — a sports, esports, virtual sport, political, entertainment or other event providing Odds via the sportsbook.
• Odds — the coefficient for the predicted Outcome expressed numerically.
• Winnings — the amount payable to the End User upon a successful Bet.
• Operator — the legal entity conducting B2C betting activities in accordance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements and operating the Casilando sportsbook.

III. Eligibility and account use

• Only individuals meeting the applicable gambling age in their jurisdiction may open an account, place Bets or engage with Casilando services. Verification may be required prior to first use or on a rolling basis.
• All End Users must provide true, accurate and complete information for identity verification and KYC purposes. Casilando may suspend or close accounts that fail verification, or that engage in suspicious activity.
• Automated devices, scripts, bots or other automated means to access or place Bets are prohibited. Casilando may void Bets placed via such means and may suspend or close the relevant account.
• Engaging in multiple or proxy accounts or any form of account sharing is prohibited. Bets placed from or through prohibited accounts may be void and funds confiscated in accordance with applicable laws and these Rules.

IV. General conduct and compliance

• All betting activity is conducted in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements. Casilando reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-compliance or to protect integrity of the sportsbook.
• Casilando uses reputable data sources for event outcomes. Data sources may be disclosed upon request; Casilando may correct or adjust settlements where data sources are found to be erroneous.
• In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English language version governs the interpretation of the Rules.
• Where a Market Rules document exists for a Market, that Market Rules take precedence over the general Sport Rules, and the Sport Rules take precedence over General Rules. If a Market Rule is silent, General Rules apply.
• A description containing an “X” shall be understood to denote a numerical value defined in Casilando’s current market offering.

V. Placing a Stake and Bets

1. All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Rules and applicable law.
2. For a Bet to be valid, the End User’s acceptance must be clearly indicated on the betslip and recorded by Casilando.
3. Casillando retains sole discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time, including after selection by the End User.
4. Bet types are described in the sections below. Settlement and validity are subject to these Rules and to applicable law.
5. Odds or markets offered may change in real time; Casilando will publish the final odds applicable to a Bet at the moment of acceptance.

VI. Bet types

• Single (Ordinary) — a Bet on a single outcome of an Event. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the Odds of the selected Outcome.
• Combo (Accumulator) — a Bet on multiple independent Outcomes. All selections must win for the Bet to pay. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the combined Odds of all selections.
• System — a set of Combos derived from a fixed set of outcomes with a uniform stake per expression. The Bet pays according to the total Odds of the Winning expressions; not all combinations must win for a portion of the stake to be returned as per System terms.
• Trixie — a combination consisting of one Treble and three Doubles from a selection of three Events. Total winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Trixie.
• Patent — a combination comprising one Treble, three Doubles and three Singles across three selections. Winnings are Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Patent.
• Yankee — a combination including one Fourfold, four Trebles and six Doubles from four selections. Winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Yankee.
• Canadian (Super Yankee) — a combination including one Fivefold, five Fourfolds, ten Trebles and ten Doubles from five selections. Winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Canadian.
• Heinz — a combination including one Sixfold, six Fivefolds, fifteen Fourfolds, twenty Trebles and fifteen Doubles from six selections. Winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Heinz.
• Super Heinz — a combination including one Sevenfold, seven Sixfolds, twenty-one Fivefolds, thirty-five Fourfolds, thirty-five Trebles and twenty-one Doubles from seven selections. Winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Super Heinz.
• Goliath — a combination including one Eightfold, eight Sevenfolds, twenty-eight Sixfolds, fifty-six Fivefolds, seventy-fourfolds, fifty-six Trebles and twenty-eight Doubles from eight selections. Winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the Goliath.
• Odds with multi-digit precision — where odds have more than two digits after the decimal point, the payout will be rounded to two decimal places.

VII. Special features

• Bet Builder — a Bet on multiple Markets of the same Event (e.g., total, 1X2, player props). All included Markets must settle in favor of the Bet to win. Availability is at Casilando’s sole discretion and may be amended, suspended or removed at any time. If any selection is voided, the remaining selections stand subject to these Rules. Bet Builder may be included in order types such as Combos or Systems where supported.
• Early Payout — a feature that settles a Bet as a winner before final event completion if predefined conditions are met. Availability and terms are at Casilando’s discretion and may vary by event and market. Bets containing Early Payout selections may be part of a larger Bet and settled accordingly.
• Cash Out — an End User initiated offer to close a Bet before final settlement. Acceptance or rejection of a Cash Out is at the End User’s discretion. Casilando may set, modify or withdraw Cash Out at any time and may adjust offers dynamically for both pre-match and in-play Bets. The Cash Out offer may reflect new conditions (odds, time, event status) and the End User’s acceptance indicates agreement to the revised terms.

VIII. Settlement and adjustments

• Official results — settlements are based on official results and statistics provided by recognized authorities. In the absence of official data, Casilando may rely on its internal statistics. Decisions taken after a significant event may result in Bet adjustments or voiding from the time of the event until the final official decision.
• Dead heats — when multiple outcomes win, Stake is proportionally divided among winners according to the number of winning outcomes. If two winners exist in a two-way Dead Heat, returns are halved relative to the total potential payout; Dead Heat rules do not apply where the market is offered as a simple draw or tie.
• Market integrity and errors — if a market is displayed incorrectly, or an outcome cannot be verified, Casilando may void the affected Bet or adjust settlement to reflect the correct outcome. If a match is not completed or is voided, unsettled Bets may be voided unless already unconditionally determined.
• Venue changes and scheduling — if the venue or kick-off time is changed and Home/Away designation remains, existing Bets stand. If Home/Away designations are reversed, Bets based on the original listing may be voided. If a match is postponed and not resumed in 48 hours, unsettled Bets may be voided unless markets are fully resolved.

IX. Market rules and precedence

• Market Rules prevail over Sport Rules; Sport Rules prevail over General Rules. In the absence of Market Rules, General Rules apply.
• Where an Odds description includes an “X,” it denotes a numeric value defined in the corresponding market offering.

X. Data integrity and disclosure

• Casilando uses reputable data sources for determining outcomes. Sources may be disclosed upon request and may be updated or corrected if discrepancies are identified.

XI. Disputes, amendments and language

• Casilando reserves the right to amend these Rules, publish updates, or suspend features as required by regulatory obligations. In case of any conflict between language versions, the English version governs interpretation.

XII. Responsible gaming and privacy

• Casillando prohibits participation by any person under the applicable gambling age. Casilando supports responsible gaming and may implement tools to assist users in managing their activity. Personal data is handled in accordance with Casilando’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
