Become a Casilando Affiliate

The Casilando Affiliate Program enables partners to earn revenue from players you refer through a revenue-share model. Enrollment is free and requires no upfront deposits. You will be issued a unique affiliate tracking URL and a personalized landing page to begin promotion. All activity is recorded in the Affiliate Portal with real-time reporting.

Eligibility and Application

Who may apply: individuals and legal entities with a verifiable audience appropriate for gambling-related promotion. Applicants must complete standard verification checks and comply with applicable law and Casilando’s Terms and Conditions. There is no enrollment fee. Participation is subject to approval by Casilando’s Affiliate team.

  • Provide legal name or registered entity, contact details, tax information where applicable, and intended marketing channels.
  • Agree to promote Casilando in a compliant manner and refrain from prohibited activities described in the Compliance section.
  • Self-referrals and any attempt to substitute players under your own referral link are prohibited and may lead to immediate termination and withholding of commissions.

Commission Model and Payment Terms

The program pays a revenue share calculated on the monthly net revenue generated by players referred by you. The exact rate and tier are determined by your performance in the calendar month and are published in the Affiliate Portal. An illustrative example is provided for guidance, but the applicable rate is the one shown in your dashboard at the time of calculation.

  • Illustrative example: if your referred players generate net revenue of 100,000 in a calendar month and your applicable tier is 12%, your gross commission would be 12,000 for that month. Actual rates and thresholds may differ; refer to the Affiliate Portal for your current tier.

Net revenue is defined as gross revenue from referred players minus refunds, chargebacks, bonuses, and any adjustments related to identified fraud or policy violations. Payouts are subject to a monthly settlement cycle and a minimum payout threshold.

  • Minimum payout amount: 100 USD (or equivalent in accepted currencies).
  • Settlement schedule: commissions earned in a given month are settled and paid on the 2nd to 5th business day of the following month.
  • Payment methods: payments are issued to verified bank accounts or to the Casilando internal wallet, according to the affiliate's chosen method in the portal.

Tracking, Reporting and Payouts

You will receive a unique tracking URL and a personalized landing page. The Affiliate Portal provides real-time reporting, performance dashboards, and downloadable statements. You can view clicks, referred sign-ups, active players, and net revenue attributable to your account. All data is subject to Casilando’s data retention and privacy policy.

Marketing Resources and Brand Compliance

Casilando provides marketing materials and access to a customizable landing page. You may promote Casilando across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email, and messaging platforms, subject to compliance with applicable laws and Casilando’s brand guidelines. All content must accurately reflect Casilando and may not imply guarantees or prompt players toward prohibited behavior. You must not use misleading claims, cloaking techniques, or traffic sources that violate terms. Casilando reserves the right to require removal of non-compliant material and to suspend or terminate the affiliate account for violations.

Rules, Compliance, and Prohibited Activities

Applicants and affiliates must comply with applicable law, the Terms and Conditions, and Casilando’s Affiliate Policies. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Self-referral or fraudulently creating user accounts for the purpose of earning commissions.
  • Use of prohibited channels, including spamming, incentivized traffic that violates policy, or promotion in restricted jurisdictions unless permitted by Casilando.
  • Misrepresentation or misstatement of Casilando’s products, terms, or odds.
  • Any attempt to manipulate tracking, cookies, or attribution.
  • Failure to implement reasonable data security and privacy measures when handling player data.

Casilando reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account and withhold or claw back commissions in cases of non-compliance or fraud. Changes to terms may occur with advance notice per the Terms and Conditions.

Data Privacy and Security

Casilando collects personal information to administer the affiliate program. Affiliates shall comply with applicable data protection laws and Casilando’s privacy policy. Tracking uses cookies and similar technologies to attribute referrals. Affiliates must implement appropriate security measures to protect data and promptly report any data breach.

Agreement, Termination, and Amendments

The relationship is governed by the Casilando Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Casilando may modify terms with notice. Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice. Commissions earned up to termination will be paid in accordance with the standard payout schedule, subject to any withholdings for refunds or fraud.

How to Apply and Support

To enroll, submit the application through the Affiliate Portal with your legal name, contact details, and business information. Upon successful verification, you will receive login credentials to access the Affiliate Portal, where you can generate tracking links, request banners, and monitor performance. The Casilando Affiliate Support Team is available to assist via email or live chat during business hours and typical response times are published in the portal.
